Welcome to Beyond the Playbook Foundation.

At Beyond the Playbook Foundation, we believe every student-athlete deserves more than success on the field, court, or track. They deserve support, guidance, resources, and a safe space to grow mentally, emotionally, and personally. While athletics help build discipline and determination, true wellness extends far beyond the game.

This foundation was established with a heartfelt mission: to advocate for the mental health and overall well-being of student-athletes while helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and purpose. Too often, young athletes carry silent pressures while striving to meet expectations from every direction. Our goal is to ensure they know they are seen, valued, heard, and never alone.

Through mentorship, mental health awareness initiatives, educational programs, wellness resources, community outreach, and strategic partnerships, Beyond the Playbook Foundation is committed to creating a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of youth and their families. We aim to empower student-athletes not only to excel in sports but also to thrive in life.

This movement is deeply personal to me. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals amplify their voices, overcome obstacles, and create opportunities for growth and success. Establishing this foundation represents a continued commitment to serving communities, supporting youth, and helping create healthier futures for the next generation.

We are sincerely grateful for every supporter, partner, coach, educator, parent, volunteer, and advocate who believes in our mission. Together, we can help change the conversation surrounding mental health in athletics and ensure student-athletes receive the support they truly deserve.
